Our client
Phenotypeca is a biotech company based at BioCity in Nottingham, developing yeast expression systems used to produce therapeutic proteins. When we started this project, the company had around 13 people and was gearing up for a period of growth.
The challenge
Phenotypeca needed to grow its scientific and operational teams quickly, with several roles needed at once, from lab positions through to leadership.
